Camera: With the 5MP front camera, one can enjoy taking fun selfies enhanced further by the beauty mode. The 13MP ensures you never miss out on capturing the  memorable moments of your life. It has a macro mode at the centimeter level for close up shots and a 28 mm wide angle lens for landscape shots.

Performance: With 8 cores functioning at the same time, the Honor 4C can handle multiple applications simultaneously for different scenarios, such as lower consumption or high performance. It also comes with a quad-core Mali-450 image processor which improves GPU performance, ensuring that your images and videos are crisp and clear.

User Interfernece: I am head over heels for the UI of this phone. The Honor 4C comes with EMUI 3.0, a unique interface designed to simplify your smartphone needs. All your messages and notifications are recorded on a timeline and you can trigger a search engine that covers your contacts, applications and other content by pulling down the screen.

Battery: The Honor 4C’s CPU and other hardware components are coupled with SmartPower 2.5, a technology that increases your phone’s 2550 mAh battery life by more than 30%. You can expect up to 80 hours of light usage and up to 50 hours of moderate usage with this phone.

My Verdict: Like its predecessor the Honor 4X, the USP of the Honor 4C is the camera. The 13mp camera helps you capture beautiful pictures during the day and also helps you play around with its ISO, aperture etc for a better controlled shots.

Another great aspect about the phone is its battery life. The 2,550Ah battery can easily last a day even after heavy usage – a perfect phone for those who travel quite often. The UI simply adds on to the above feature and gives you the best experience one can have for a phone under the 10k budget category. Undoubtedly my favourite of all the phones I have reviewed in the last 6-8 months.
